Potato Cheese Balls

Cheese stuffed potato balls is a tasty appetizer


Ingredients - Serves - 4
  • Mashed potato - 1 cup (3 potatoes mashed)
  • Grated cheese - 1/4 cup (any cheese)
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Corn starch - 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry
Method
  • Mix 1/2 tsp chilli powder to the mashed potato and rest to the grated cheese




  • Add bread crumbs, corn starch and required salt to the mashed potato
  • Take small portion of the potato and shape it into a cup and fill cheese in the centre





  • Bring the sides of the cup together and shape it into a ball


  • Deep fry into golden brown


  • Serve hot with ketchup
