This refreshing strawberry Popsicle is made with fresh strawberry, yogurt, milk and sugar. Beat the heat of the summer with homemade strawberry Popsicle. Homemade Popsicle are easy to make and flavour options are endless.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh strawberries - 6 nos
- Yogurt / curd - 1/2 cup (I used non-fat plain yogurt)
- Milk - 1 cup (I used semi-skimmed milk)
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
Method
- Blend strawberry, yogurt, milk and sugar together in a mixer / blender
- Pour it into a Popsicle mold
- Freeze it for 4 to 5 hours
- To separate the Popsicle, dip the mold in warm water for few seconds

- Strawberries are rich in vitamin-C and also contains large amounts of anti-oxidant, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties
