Hey Lavanya, Is corn meal sort of coarse in texture and is it yellow in color. Is digestion sort of hard with corn meal?
ReplyDeleteThanks
Sandhya
Yellow, yes. I used medium texture but coarse is also fine. Digestion was not a problem and I also read that corn meal is rich in fibre, gluten free and infact prevents constipation.
