Mango and blueberry blended with yogurt and honey makes a scrumptious frozen treat
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Chopped mango - 1 cup
- Blueberry - 1/4 cup
- Yogurt / curd - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Blend mango, yogurt and 1 tsp of honey in a blender or mixer
- Blend blueberry and 1/2 tsp honey separately
- First pour in the blended mango 3/4th in the Popsicle mould and then pour the blended blueberry on top
- Freeze it for 4 to 5 hours
- To separate the Popsicle, dip the mold in warm water for few seconds
- Ready to serve chill
- Mango is high in iron, vitamin A and E
- Mango is high in antioxidants and low in carbohydrates
- Blueberry contains anti-oxidant, vitamin C and E, as well as heart-healthy fibers
- Per serving = 75 calories approximately
