Mango Blueberry Popsicle



Mango and blueberry blended with yogurt and honey makes a scrumptious frozen treat




Ingredients - Serves 4
  • Chopped mango - 1 cup
  • Blueberry - 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt / curd - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 1 1/2 tbsp
Method
  • Blend mango, yogurt and 1 tsp of honey in a blender or mixer
  • Blend blueberry and 1/2 tsp honey separately
  • First pour in the blended mango 3/4th in the Popsicle mould and then pour the blended blueberry on top
  • Freeze it for 4 to 5 hours
  • To separate the Popsicle, dip the mold in warm water for few seconds
  • Ready to serve chill

    Nutritional Information
    • Mango is high in iron, vitamin A and E
    • Mango is high in antioxidants and low in carbohydrates
    • Blueberry contains anti-oxidant, vitamin C and E, as well as heart-healthy fibers
    • Per serving = 75 calories approximately
