Mango Pista Kulfi

Kulfi is a very popular Indian Ice-cream. Kulfi can be easily prepared at home without an ice-cream maker. This kulfi is loaded with delicious pistachios, flavourful cardamom and fresh mango pulp.





Ingredients - Serves 4


  • Mango pulp - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Milk powder - 1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped pistachios - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup (optional )
Method
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with milk, milk powder and condensed milk
  • Bring it to boil and simmer it for 5 minutes or until the milk thickens up
  • Now cool the milk completely
  • Add cardamom powder, pistachios and mango pulp
  • Mix well, pour it in molds and freeze it for 6 to 8 hours
  • To separate kulfi, dip the molds in warm water for few seconds

  • Per serving = 150 calories approximately
